Hcal Noise in CRAFT09. HPD noise reduced by factor ~2 in CRAFT09 vs. CRAFT08 (for a 50 fC ≅ 10 GeV threshold). Replaced noisiest HPDs during shutdown HB/HE HV lowered from 7.5 kV to 7.0 kV (decreasing gain by ~12%). * HPD mean noise rate in HB/HE for a 50 fC threshold
