Identified top problem areas. DSX-1 and DSX-3 cable grooming in progress. Will continue throughout 2004. Ongoing throughout 2004 Central Office Jumpers Identify and address root causes of jumper related failures. Identified top problem areas and enhances processes. Observed an 18% reduction in CO jumper troubles from June to September 2003. Ongoing

Cable grooming to continue into 2004. Ongoing throughout 2004 Facility Rehabilitation Focus on Chronic Designed Service reports in specific areas caused by facility problems identified by Design Service Centers. Multiple jobs identified.
