3. 2 Packet Options District Improvement/eStrategic Planner (With or Without Subgroup Reports) • Used mainly by Superintendents or District-level Administrators • This packet includes: • Value Added Summary • School Value Added Reports for each school you select • Performance Diagnostic Reports for all tested grades in each school • If you choose this packet with subgroups, the packet will also include Performance Diagnostic Reports for these subsets of students: Economically Disadvantaged, Limited English Proficiency, and Students with Disabilities

4. 2 Packet Options School Improvement/Getting Results™ (With or Without Subgroup Reports) • Used mainly by Principals or Data Administrators • This packet includes: • School Value Added Reports for each school you select • Performance Diagnostic Reports for all tested grades in each school • If you choose this packet with subgroups, the packet will also include Performance Diagnostic Reports for these subsets of students: Economically Disadvantaged, Limited English Proficiency, and Students with Disabilities

5. 6 Packet Options Student Projections • These packets include individual Student Projections Reports for all the students in the selected school(s) or district within the chosen grade level. • Only seen by those with student level access • Next year, IUs will have student level access WITHOUT names – therefore have access to make these packets

7. Select a Report Packet Click on Select Predefined Packet Pull down menu beneath the Print button below the PVAAS name. Select your report and press the Next button.

8. Select Schools Highlight a school and press Add or press Add All. You can remove any or all once selected. All available schools will be displayed in this box. Press Next to proceed – Previous to go back.

9. Verification Screen Packet Name User Name User Email Reports included in this packet Number of schools in the packet Press Finish to complete the submission – Previous to go back.
