2007 GET Analysis

Explore the hierarchical clustering in GET 2007 trials using Dendrogram and SED analysis on standardised BLUPs. Understand the variance at the 9 group level with CIMMYT nursery descriptions. Interpret biplots to identify group adaptations to locations. Example: high IBWSN to SAWSN ratio in groups 1-3 signifies different adaptation compared to groups 4, 6-9.

  3. Description of groups by CIMMYT nursery This plot is to assist in the interpretation of the biplots. For example, the ratio of IBWSN to SAWSN (the 2 most represented nurseries) is high in groups 1-3, in groups 4, 6-9 this ratio is reversed. The latter groups are better adapted to the locations in this dataset than the former. (see the biplots)
