Legal Status of PMSSS • PMSSS is a Registered Society under the Indian Societies Registration Act 1860 in 1977. • PMSSS is also Registered under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) and has Income Tax Exemption under 12 A and Permanent 80 G of the Income Tax Act. Areas of Operation • The areas of operations include Pondicherry and Karaikal regions in the Union territory of Pondicherry. • Cuddalore and Villupuram districts in the state of Tamil Nadu.
