  2. Mission The mission of the Investment Promotion Agency of Kosovo (IPAK) is to be the Government sponsored body for leading national efforts to attract, retain and grow foreign investment in Kosovo and to promote Kosovo exports.

  3. IPAK is with the foreign investor during Pre – Investment, Investment, and Post-investment Phase

  4. IPAK Services to Foreign Investors - Pre investment Phase • We will provide you with information on taxation, employment, customs, real estate and other relevant laws and regulations • We will provide information on general business environment and specific industries • We will help you to identify property options to accommodate your operation

  5. IPAK Services to Foreign Investors - During the investment Phase • We will provide assistance with business registration, licensing, work permits and other documentation • If you wish, we will provide you with introductions to local partners with whom you can collaborate

  6. IPAK Services to Foreign Investors - Post investment Phase • We will continuously watch your business growth • We will jointly identify potential problems and risks • We will ensure that your problems are dealt with in an efficient manner
