PGSC, 15-16 October, 2015, Kotor • Overall objective • A key objective of the policy strategy for 2015-2017 is to strengthen economic growth through accelerating economic reforms and improving further the business environment conducive to private sector growth • Structure of document: • First part-describes mid-term macro economic framework and fiscal policy • Second part- address in more detail structural reforms from the sectorial aspect, oriented towards addressing the challenges for economic growth • Physical capital • Human capital • Doing business environment • attract more funding through work on commission
