  3. Delivery • The sector has a strong track record in the delivery of some of the solutions • The sector as an agile innovator of new solutions • Social inclusion and beyond

The Sector Counts • As a significant employment sector….. • 3.9% of all Norfolk workers are employed in the VCS sector (1) • 2.4% Agriculture, forestry and fishing (2) • Everything that concerns the growth and development of SME’s, employment, skills and the economy concerns the VCS sector. 1) The Sector Counts (2006) 2) 2011 census
