German food Asparagus with Pancakes and Champions
Ingredients • For four persons: • 250g flour • ½ liters of milk • 3-4 eggs • Salt • Pepper • mixed herbs • squeezed garlic • 350g asparagus • 10 champions • 250g vegetables • 30g butter
Pancake dough • Pour the flour in a bowl • Mix the milk, eggs, pepper, the clove of garlic and the herbs • Push a hole in the middle of the flour and put the mixed things in there • Then mix all together, till it is thick dough. • Leave the dough for 20 minutes.
The Stuffing • Wash, peel and cut the asparagus in pieces and put it for ten minutes in Saltwater • Wash the Champignons and cut it in slices • Put the butter in the pan and heat it up • Put the vegetables and the herbs in the pan and heat it on low temperature • Don’t forget to turn it a few times!
Bake the pancake • Heat butter or fat in a pan • Add the pancake dough with a dipper • Weep the pan until everything is distributed baked from both sides gold-brown.
Arrange • Distribute the vegetables on the pancake • Then fold them and sprinkle it with fresh herbs • Place the pancakes at 100° in the oven.
