ATENFARMA-BOTIQUIN UNITAllows Pharmacists to register patients' personal data, medication and diagnosed health problems (as ICD, taken from medical record).
ATENFARMA-BOTIQUIN UNITAt the end of the process, is able to produce reports to advice patiens or refer relevant information to other health professionals.
RESULTS FEEDBACK
PILOT PROGRAM CONCLUSIONS Results confirm that Home Medicine Cabinet Review is a necessary service to look after the patients health due to the high percentaje of problems detected in conservation and storage.The lack of information and other possible risks detected could be avoided with the practice of this service. Adquired experience and modifications adopted in the process will improve this service's scaling-up.
