  3. Members of the council should be knowledgeable in statistics, economics, management, IT or related fields and should be at the level of a senior manager in his/her respective organization. MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL:

  4. MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL: There should be between 15 to 25 members including:-producers of statistics-institutions of higher learning;-civil society;-research institutes;-business organizations;-parent ministry;-other line ministries.
