  3. Teacher Accounts • Manually Imput • Unlimited • Naming convention • 1st 3 letters of your school name • Network login • Example: capbiebers “Shari Bieber @Cape View” • No Delete at this time • Rename accounts where applicable • 6th grade extra account: cap6noname

  4. Student Accounts • Unlimited • Naming Convention • First 3 letters of school • Student’s first name • Students first initial of their last name • Example: capthomasp • No Delete at this time • Rename accounts • Capdeleteme1, capdeletem2, etc.

  5. Uploading Student Roster • Quirks • Whole school upload • Minimum information • Pearson’s spreadsheet • Must use • Copy and paste • Save as tab delimited

  6. Uploading Student Roster • Suggestions • Upload one grade level • Assign those students to a class • Edit roster and put in grade level • Repeat for each grade level
