Agreements – State of Hawaii • Kalaeloa – Agreement with the State of Hawaii to furnish maintenance and supply support service to electronic equipment located at Kalaeloa Airport. • FAA Maintained Equipment: • A/G Radio Equipment used by ATCT • Radio Receivers • All Radio Antennas • ASOS-ATIS Interface Unit • RDVS • DVRS • ACE-IDS • RCW • Codex Modem • FDIO Equipment • F420 • ILS (future installation-congressional funding) • Under this reimbursable agreement the State will reimburse the FAA for wages, benefits, COLA and administrative overhead costs for an H-band ATSS to maintain electronic equipment.
Agreements – Guam Antonio B. Won Pat International Airport (Guam International Airport) • Guam ILS – This Reimbursable Agreement is to establish a precision approach for Rwy 6R in order to minimize down time for runway/taxiway extension work on 6L. New MK-20A ILS, Thales 415 DME, MALSR, and PAPI will be installed on 6R. Once Rwy 6L work is completed, new MK-20A ILS, Thales 415 DME, and MALSR will be established. • The installation work for Rwy 6R has been completed. Dates for the equipment installation 6L is pending.
Agreements – CNMI Tinian Airport • Tinian (TNI) ILS – Pending Reimbursable Agreement. • This work includes an MK-20A ILS, DME, and a MALSR to be installed on the airport. • The Tinian Government will finance the design and installation. • Additionally, the Tinian Government wants the FAA to maintain and operate the system. The NAVAID equipment is FAA supply-supportable. • Saipan ILS – Potential Reimbursable. Agreement since the current MALSR shelter, localizer shelter and antenna system is located within the RSA.
