Olympic / Paralympics values • One of the Olympic values: Friendship I think that it means that if you would not have friends you would be alone but with friends you can do everything for e.g. you can go to the park together. Eat well • Food affect us in many ways. Teenagers should eat breakfast, lunch and dinner because it helps us think. At least they should eat breakfast, drink water and eat some sucks & fruits. Sometimes when they don’t eat breakfast they just feel ill and have belly aches. Eating breakfast is also helping us with thinking. • Challenge – Eat Breakfast, age; Secondary, time;!0 min, Difficulty; Medium and no. of people; individually. • Tips=> Set your alarm ten minutes early. It may feel painful at first but soon you'll enjoy how much better you feel for eating breakfast. Getting Active Feeling good Olympic Values
Getting active • Doing exercises is not boring some people may think that exercising is boring. A lot of young people hate PE. Getting active is when u exercise for e.g.; running, dancing, feeling good about it, and is actually having fun about it • Challenge – get dancing, age: all, time: 30 min, Difficulty: hard and no. of people: Group • Tips=> !. Get your favourite tune on 2. try dressing up 3. make sure that the moves are the ones that everyone can do 4. Warm up before you start 5. Feeling good • Feeling good is about having fun with your friends or even alone. Having fun with your friends is like taking pictures or going shopping that’s what girls do. But boys like to go out and play football or do any sport. • Challenge – Doodle diary, age: all, time: 10 min, Difficulty: easy, no. of people: individually • Complete your doodle diary in a quiet space where you're able to think without distractions.
