ABC’s of First Grade • DismissalAll car riders are released and meet their parents at the flagpole. If your child has a change in transportation, you must notify me. ABC’s of First Grade • MathMath instruction takes place daily using our curriculum, “Everyday Mathematics.” Students will be given a pre and post test with each unit and challenge packets will be available should your child pass the pre-test. Pre tests are only for me to better understand your child’s needs for the coming unit. I will send home pre-tests but please remember, this is a “ pre-test” before we have taught the unit. In other words, expect that you child will not know the material. I send it home so that you can better support your child’s learning at home. Students also will work on math timings at their own level.
