Additional benefits initiated by western region PAN India • 325 members availed the benefit Pan India in 2016-17 with effect from August 2016 • Jet Airways wants FIEO assurance that 2500 members will avail the facility in 2017 to continue the MoU • Aramex offering FIEO members a discounted rate for using their services. • Aramex will also provide customization as per the members logistics needs.

FIEO & TIMES OF INDIA JOINT PARTNERSHIP for reaching the global market An impressive partnership for FIEO to be associated with • IMR is the international Ad division of The Times Group with international presence in 160 countries and tie-up with 250 international publications, also having access to leading International Media Houses across the world. • Times Group wants to have a MoU with FIEO on a long term partnership where members can utilize this facility and reach an international audience • FIEO members will be provided special advertisement rates. Times Group will also provide 360 degree marketing solutions in Print, Digital, Mobile, Radio, IPad advertising and others • Times Group will also share their clientele list with FIEO • This feature will be on the FIEO Website and members need not depend on the international delegation visits and FIEO arranged B2B Meetings to reach the target audience • Time Group wants to support the Hon. Prime Ministers vision of BRAND INDIA Western Region recommendation is to please consider the proposal

  30. Feature on FIEO website for filing shipping bills • The recommendation is to partner with ODex • Members can quickly request invoices online. Efficient tracking of invoices, • Flexibility to select single or multiple invoices for making payment. • Choose payment options with the leading Banks and choose the preferred bank and the payment method. • Real Time visibility of Delivery Orders released by respective Shipping Lines. • Online verification and submission of VGM as per SOLAS and D. G. Shipping regulations • Online transmission of eForm-13 to the relevant stakeholders • Facilitates online transmission of e-HBL filing on a single platform.

Fieo-business standard joint programs • Business Standard proposes to associate with FIEO through a seminar format program • The program will through a partnership for 1 year and then extended reviewing the success. • It would be called the Smart Business Event. • There is no financial liability for FIEO • Business Standard will manage the cost involved with certain conditions. • The format of the  seminars is , a Senior Business Standard journalist will moderate the panel discussion. • Business Standard would be arranging a panellist for the discussion and will take care of the publication of the event by circulating 2 pre-event ads of size 12*20 sq cm in a local edition newspaper. • Business Standard would take up the printing of backdrop at the venue, distribution of complimentary Business Standard copies to participants. One Post event coverage in Business Standard of size 12*20 sq cm in the local edition.

KOMPASS FACILITY USAGE & BENEFITS TO MEMBERS • KOMPASS as a special consideration and long term relation is offering the same price as last year considering that this year you will increase the number of users from 5 to 15. • KOMPASS is ready to support FIEO in identifying buyers for Indian delegates joining the FIEO BSM • The detail cost is under negotiation and the database of countries is mentioned

Matrix international calling card • Matrix is a leading provider of International Telecom Solutions to Indians travelling abroad • Matrix has presence in over 100 countries with services of VAT refund, FOREX, TRAVEL INSURANCE & INTERNATIONAL CALLING CARDS with single number • Matrix is interested in signing an MoU with FIEO for extending special rates for members for the above mentioned services. • They have agreed to promote this joint proposition at FIEO events by partial sponsorship

RECOMMENDATION • Request to have legal council to support exporters solve international issues • Request to have insurance companies to be on board • Other issues : • FIEO WR is catering to the issues of the members from the following departments • CBEC • DGFT • RBI • SHIPPING • OFAC Issues • Iran Issues • International payment issues
