AGGRESSIVE STRATEGY FOR REACHING 20,000 MILESTONE IN MEMBERSHIP PROMOTIONAL MEASURES • Participation of FIEO in the local exhibitions / trade fairs by taking a complimentary booth for promotion. • Personal field visits to Status Holders who are non members and convince to become members. • Organise domestic Trade Fairs to increase FIEO awareness among the traders. • Pens, key chains, pen holder, visiting card holder with FIEO logo may be distributed to the participants at the outstation / local events and also when a visit is made to the FIEO office for any enquiries.

SERVICES • Personal visits to the members for gaining their views on the services provided through a feedback form to maintain the stability with the member. • Preparation of annual research report on country-wise and sector-wise analysis of exporting regions/products as this will help the exporters to identify the untapped markets and the opportunities to expand globally. • Felicitation of the patron members who are registered for more than 10-15 years by rewarding them with a Certificate. • Difference / Changes in RCMC to distinguish between the Status Holders and the MPG category. • The Conference Hall to be provided on rental services for the benefit of exporters clients / buyers.
STRATEGY FOR INCREASING PARTICIPATION IN DOMESTIC ACTIVITIES • Coordination with trade associations • Eminent faculties should be invited who has a practical experience on relevant topics. • Implementation of penetration strategy in remote areas • Strategic advertising of events
STRATEGY FOR IDENTIFICATION OF FAIRS/EXHIBITIONS/BSM WITH FOCUS ON B2B AND REVERSE BSM • Coordination with Indian Embassies abroad • Coordination with local chambers abroad • Feedback from exporters in regard to their specific interest • Coordination with Ministry of Commerce of different countries
STRATEGY FOR EFFECTIVE USE OF MOUs • Promotion of FIEO’s event through MOUs • Bilateral trade can be improved through MOUs

Other important MoUs are in pipeline to be finalised by March 2014 • Multinational logistics Co’s – DHL – PAN INDIA • Inspection & certifying agency – INTERTEK – PAN INDIA • MOUs will cover knowledge support & monetary support for the joint events planned with FIEO.

STRATEGY FOR EMPOWERMENT OF EMPLOYEES • Organising of short term courses related to work • Organising of management review programs for team building

STRATEGY FOR RATIONALIZATION OF EXPENDITURE TO MAINTAIN FINANCIAL HEALTH • A good financial health can be maintained through generation of more • and more sponsorship
SUGGESTIONS TO GENERATE REVENUE • FIEO should prepare an year book for advertisements which will generate revenue • One India Show should be organised across India every year through a wide publicity domestically & internationally
