  9. Second an example for the Graphics which use as back ground of the gallery Amenhotep IV began his reign in 1353 BCE as a traditional ruler but soon abandoned many gods which his predecessor’s worshipped .He focused on a single deity, the Aten visualized as a disk of the sun. And the pharaoh was its high priest. The king Amenhotep IV changed his name to Akhenaton in honor of his new god and he built new capital was called (Akhetaten ) which means (the horizon of Aten ) at a site had been sacred to an other deity. major subject of the reliefs’ scenes in this period focused on the Aten (solar disk), the core of his new religion and represent the King, his queen Nefertiti and their daughters adoring the sun disk, or sitting under its rays. By the ending of the regain of the king Akhenaton His religion began to collapse and thecollapse continued under his successors until the king (tut – ankh –Aten ) changed his name to ( tut – ankh – Amon) and return back again to Thebes as a capital of his kingdom .
