This project aims to analyze ICT-related innovations, identify current and emerging trends and challenges, and engage stakeholders in a dialogue about the long-term implications of ICT in postsecondary education. The project activities include virtual panels of policymakers, mapping and assessment of trends, surveys of experts and practitioners, case studies on innovative university practices, and the production of a report and a MOOC on foresight for ICT in postsecondary education.
