Pros The subgrade at the existing site has an adequate layer of compacted caliche base which is suitable for concrete or asphalt paving. Site is situated along major arterial streets & avenues Relative flat site with adequate drainage Land has been acquired by LISD and is available for development Zoning is appropriate for warehouse or transportation facility.
