What worked • General information- letter home • Excitement from the team • Lead by example • Changes made from suggestions- students and staff
Didn’t work • Video’s (first set) • Quotas to hand out # of tickets • $ issues to begin made it hard to set rewards and incentives
Rewards • “Fly in” • Movie- walking flied trip • Regular Reward Menu- can be used as needed
