JADHAO EngineersRadiator Plant – Major Machinery • Automatic Roll Forming Line with in-line embossing & trimming facility to produce rolled sheets with highest degree of accuracy & quantity. • Multi-SpotWelding Machines for higher productivity. • DCDual Seam Welding Machines to produce leak proof radiator elements. • Industrial Robots (first time in India) for welding of the elements & header pipes to completely avoid leaks & improve aesthetics. • Grit blasting facility with automatic grit recovery system to meet SA 2½ standard for surface for better paint adhesion. • Custom-built Painting Stations with water curtains to enhance the aesthetics & avoid adverse effect on the environment • 7 EOTs and 5 monorails for handling of the radiators during manufacture, packing & dispatch.
