About PEI? • Started with a grant from ACGME(Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education) • Better Teams, Better Care, unlocking the power of Collaboration across our Health Care Teams • Not a destination but a journey including leadership, residents, nurse leaders, APP’s, nurses, medical techs, and numerous other health professionals all walking together. • Supported, empowered by senior leadership given any tools needed.
