Workforce Readiness Interpersonal Skills – Night Class PSY 101 – Human Relations • Behaviors: At night students will attend a human relations class to address interpersonal relationships and behaviors. • Attitudes: This course addresses how personal behavior affects crew performance and workplace attitudes. Certifications/Licenses • Commercial Driver License (CDL) – All students will be required to earn a class B license to complete the course. All students will be strongly encouraged to earn a class A license with endorsements during the 8 week course. Phase 2 8 Week Internship • Employers commit to hire students upon completion of phase 1 • Employers and Community sponsors (DWS etc.) evaluate student performance in the workplace and give suggestions for improvement in the learning process Western Energy Training Center
