  1. How does the Straightline Plan Work? Everyone who joins TLC is placed in one Straightline. People are placed in your downline one of three ways: 1. You Personally Enroll them. 2. Someone linked to you through sponsorship enrolls them. Creating your Sponsor tree or 3. Everyone who Enrolls after you no matter who sponsors them. There are two volumes created from this straightline: 1. Group Volume- this includes the volume of everyone you personally enroll and everyone they enroll down unlimited levels. You can earn commissions on up to 9 levels of your group volume. Look at the example below to see how this works. No matter where they are placed in the Straightline everyone you enroll goes on your 1st level for the Group Volume Bonus, everyone they enroll are placed on your 2nd level, everyone they enroll are placed on your 3rd level, etc.. etc.. down 9 levels. 2. Team Volume- this includes your Group Volume plus the volume of everyone who enrolls after you. Your Team Volume helps you qualify to get paid on the Entire company line. This allows you to get paid on the Entire company no matter where you are placed in the Straightline!!!! Customer Bonus • Earn 50% on all customer orders plus • 37.5% of the cv is paid upline. • Fast Start Bonus • Earn 50% on the first order plus • 37.5% of the cv is paid upline. • Group Volume Bonus • Unlimited width and up to 9 levels on • Your sponsorship tree. 4. Team Volume Bonus Pools Share in up to 15 bonus pools and get paid on the entire company volume Example if the company did $1,000,000 in sales $10,000 would go into each bonus pool and would be shared equally with all qualified reps. 5. Team Volume Bonus Pool Matching Bonus You can earn a 25% Matching Bonus on the Team Volume Bonus Pools paid down four Generations. Every person can qualify for up to 15 bonus pools Every month. That means you can earn 15 matching bonuses on every distributor down 4 generations. This plan truly rewards you for helping your team Succeed. *note to qualify for Team Volume Bonus Pools and the Matching Bonus you need a $120 cv order.
