Endocrine System. A collection of glands which  produces hormones, that are needed for proper body function and growth. Adrenal Gland – produces several hormones that affect blood pressure, stress and  blood sugar levels. Pituitary Gland – controls growth and development.

Adrenal Gland – produces several hormones that affect blood pressure, stress and blood sugar levels Pituitary Gland – controls growth and development Hypothalamus Gland – controls homeostasis Thymus Gland –development of specific cells of the immune system Pancreas – Helps with digestion and regulates blood sugar. Thyroid Gland – It controls the rate at which body cells use energy Pineal Gland – It controls sleep patterns and seasonal functions
