National Weather Radar Testbed (NWRT) Milestones • Created NWRT Assessment Panel as required by the Navy/FAA/NOAA MOA and the NOAA/OU MOA • NOAA – Jeff Kimpel, Douglas Forsyth • FAA – James Williams, Bill Benner (Garth Tarok) • Navy – Ron Ferek, Scott Sandgathe • OU – Mark Yeary, Robert Palmer
