Mission Statement • My purpose is to enhance my transparency, self motivation and willingness to learn by using measurable status reports and completing tasks without direction, by communicating with superiors, peers and employees and by being committed to ongoing development of a house-wide electronic medical record system and to complete my RN IT Informatics certification by June of 2012.
Vision Statement • To constantly strive towards educational and leadership opportunities that promote the growth and best practice standards for my clients, my healthcare organization and for my personal well being.

Goals • Personal: • Set a regular schedule for reading and physical activity • Develop new relationships in business • Reinforce current relationships in business and family • To become involved on a committee level within an association, i.e.: nursing, informatics, HIMSS, etc. • Professional: • Complete my masters degree • Complete my IT certification • Offer consultation opportunities to new organizations building an EMR • Use my personal and professional connections/experience to provide opportunities for advancement into a leadership position • Look for public speaking opportunities

Operational Personal Strategies (SMART) • Specific: • Will graduate with Masters in Healthcare Leadership December 2012. • Obtain RN IT certification by June 2012. • Measurable: • Completing quarterly class schedule with a B grade or higher. • Participation in IT certification study course weekly. • Passing on the IT certification.
