Chapter 9 External Stressors Internal Stressors Feeling exulted, not getting rest that’s needed. Take a “Me” day • Joggle home life, job and Academics • Make time for family life • Eat healthy, exercise and get adequate rest • Share time with friends.
Chapter 10 Finding a new Journey…While learning to develop Self-Confidence,Networking & showing Self expression to achieve my goals. I am very excited about graduation, however I am sad about leaving my internship at United Way of Delaware. I enjoyed working with staff, while learning new concepts of research in the business field. Working as an intern results hard work and I appreciate the time and patience of my site supervisor finding an interest in me. I have an array of options to pursue. I currently work as Case worker within the children and youth population. I have started the grant process for owning my own business in the homeless sector. My future involvement will consist of advocating for women of Domestic Violence. I was and still am a victim.
