  3. Identity crisis of Accounts Cadre. Authorities have apprehension of inviting troubles in creating additional posts. Lack of unity in the cadre. No bulk retirements in near future. 2014 - 18 2015 - 21 2016 - 17 2017 - 20 SOME VALUABLE INFORMATION

  4. To apprise steps taken by SASWA. To apprise recent efforts initiated by SASWA for induction of awaited SAS qualified officers and overall expansion of accounts cadre in various departments of GNCTD. To discuss the matter for strengthening of SASWA. To discuss Pay anomalies & amendments in RRs. To take up matter for conduction of SAS Exam. Any other matter with the permission of chair. AGENDA POINTS OF TODAY’S GENERAL BODY MEETING.

  5. Team SASWA personally met the following dignitaries and submitted representations on various matters related with Accounts Cadre: Hon’ble Chief Minister / Finance Minister. Pr. Secretary (Education) followed by a reminder. Pr. Secretary (Finance). Secretary-cum-Commissioner (Trade & Taxes). Controller (Audit). Steps taken by SASWA till date

  6. To enhance the strength of SASWA. Expansion/Strengthening of Accounts Cadre. To have Organized Accounts Cadre on the pattern of CGA, CAG and other Accounting Organizations. Amendment in RRs to get the Pay Scales identical to similar posts in other organizations. Practical implementations of provisions of RRs for timely filling up of available vacant posts on officiating basis. To remove the anomaly of Pay fixation of inducted officers appointed on or after 01.01.2006. Further strategies

  7. To pressurize the authorities for conduction of exam on regular basis, as some officials (eligible for simultaneous exam) from other Cadres have approached SASWA for the same. To make ensure that the SAS examination could not be suspended/withheld in future. Further strategies Contd...
