Major activities/achievements in 2011 • Water softening plant installed • Increase in Cauvery water supply • Mixing of Cauvery and Bore well stopped • 2 Bore wells repaired • New Drainage Pipe and cleaning • Significant reduction in Diesel cost for Genset • CCTV for security installed • Lift uptime better (?) Lift door on first block replaced
Major activities/achievements in 2011 • Repair of Seepages underway • Gym fully functional with a new belt on treadmill • Additional 16 ports on Intercom ordered • Club house painted and additional tables procured • New Gardener appointed, Difference visible • Hoop for the basketball and new net fixed at the badminton court • 2 Swings at the rear block playing area
