  2. Board of County Commissioners Project : Stoneybrook PD/LUPSubstantial Change Applicant:Aaron Gorovitz of Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor, and Reed, P.A. District #: 4 Request: To consider a substantial change to the approved Stoneybrook Planned Development/ Land Use Plan (PD/LUP) to (1) transfer 18,000 square feet of commercial entitlements from Tract 22 to Tract 1, and (2) add Retail Commercial (C-1) uses to the already-approved Professional Office uses within Tract 1. No additional entitlements are being sought with this request.

The applicant is required to have finalized a CEA or equivalent and submitted it to the Planning Division prior to scheduling before the BCC as identified P&ZC Recommendations of the Staff Report.
