History of Textile Programs • 1992: Initiated Textile Diploma Courses • 1997: Started BTTM 3-year program (Bachelor of Textile Technology & Management) • 2000: Started Textile Technology ( 3-Year Program) • 2003: Started Textile Engineering: ( 4-Year Program) • 2005: Textile Engineering (As per PEC Guidelines) • 2005: MS and Ph.D. Textile Chemistry • 2006: Redesigned BTTM as 4-year program
