Projects Completed by Custodial Staff • Deep cleaned all classrooms, restrooms and exterior of campus • Assisted teachers in moving to other rooms or sites • Painted curbs in parking lots • Removed or painted over graffiti • Replaced hvac filters & belts • Responded to alarm calls • Removed books, shelves and furniture for LHS library re-model • Assisted CARE, STAR, summer schools & other facility use • Provided support for Facilities projects • Re-distributed desks and other furniture to meet anticipated class sizes • In-house roof repair, TBE, FRE
A Few Things To Remember Vacation Request and Absence Policy During School Year 1.) Custodian fills out request form and submits it to the Principal 2.) Principal approves or denies request and forwards the form to Maintenance 3.) The employee is responsible for submitting an absence form upon return The absence form is sent to Maintenance

Things to remember, (Continued) Alarm procedures, teaching staff • Make sure that all staff members know the code to arm/disarm the system, and have access to the account number. (Inside cover of panel). • No items should be hanging from ceiling or walls that could move when the hvac is on, and set off the motion detectors. • Make sure the alarm/shunt is off before entering classroom or other buildings that are alarmed, especially after hours. • Have staff report all false alarms to the monitoring company asap, to avoid police/fire dispatch • If you are having trouble with your alarm system(s), notify the maintenance department asap.
