Place : e+ Lecture Hall (room 83188), 2nd Research Building, Sungkyunkwan University 5. Summary : LG Elite (electronics institute of technology) had taken researches of nano technologies in the fields of IT, E2T(energy and environment), and BT. For IT, we developed the technologies of super resolution disk, nano data storage system, nano photonics, nano imprint lithography, and nano semiconductor devices. In the field of E2T, super capacitor, nano particle filter, and nano crystallization of Si technologies were developed. Lastly, we also tried to developed nano BT to secure core technology in the field e.g., Bio MEMS, Bio Chip, and Bio detection technologies. Especially, we have studied about probe-based nano technology such as probe- based data storage and high speed atomic force microscopy for several years. In this talk, we are going to introduce in more detail about this technology. 6-1.
