Next Steps (cont’d.) • GUIRR: Workshop on infrastructure-sharing partnerships among and between Emerging Research Institutions (ERIs) and Research I Universities • Address “administructural” issues and solutions, including “policy” vs. “implementation” categories • Evolve into a Federal Demonstration Partnership project • S2586, “Minority Entrepreneurship and Innovation Pilot Program of 2006” • Develop curriculum to foster entrepreneurship and business development in underserved minority communities
