Contracte secrete • Politicienii actioneaza ca lobbyisti ai firmelor private si straine • Mass-media controlata total • PUG si PUZ au declarat zona mono-industriala • Presiuni: - RMGC CEO: “We force them to leave because otherwise they will die” - Preot: “Blestemati sa fie cei ce nu-si vand proprietatile” - Presedintele Romaniei: “Asa tehnologie curata… ii invit pe speciaolisti sa bea apa din lacul de decantare”

Beneficii estimate ale proiectului RMGC Beneficii directe: • Constructa minei (active pentru statul Roman) (?) : 876 Mio. $ • Beneficiu Minvest 005 Mio. $ (Marire de capital: RMGC imprumuta Minvest. Raman teoretic 19,3%, dar dividendele se primesc doar dupa plata datoriei. Aceasta a redus practic partea romana la 0,02%) • Redeventa miniera + taxe pe profit (plata datoriei) : 863 Mio. $ • Taxa pe dividende (Offshore!) : 0 Beneficii indirecte: • Costuri operationale / minerit 0 • Procesare si stocaj 0 • Costuri administrative si activitati generale 313 Mio. $ • Salarii directe 120 Mio. $ • Salarii indirecte 0 TOTAL:2,477 Md. $

Costuri Implicite • Participare la cheltuieli (19,3% din actiuni) • Costuri legate de sanatatea publica(substante periculoase cu potential de evaporare si infiltrare : 1.581.760 t., din care cianuri: 192.000 t.) • Risc financiar: (Paybackestimat la 12 ani !!!) Riscde insolventa Riscde faliment • Riscuri de mediu: Riscde poluare • Riscbaraj (72% din accidente dupa 1990) Risc legat de seismicitate
