PLAN DE MEJORA DE LA ATENCION EXTRAMURAL • Objetivo: Que el establecimiento de Salud brinde una cartera de servicio extramurales de acuerdo con el modelo de atenciòn establecido. • Situación actual del estándar:25 % de Cumplimiento: % • Criterios que serán mejorados: 02 • El establecimiento desarrolla las actividades de comunicaciòn educativa en funcion a la cartera de servicios extramurales y acorde con las prioridades de salud regional. • El establecimiento desarrolla activiadades planificadas de comunicaciòn educativa que promuevan prácticas saludables en el cuidado del medio Ambiente. Meta deseada al final del PMAE: Cumplir con las actividades programadas al 60 % Tareas, responsable, cronograma
