Engaging Current/Past Participants • Staff should set up online fundraising pages for all participants • staff/volunteers call all participants from previous year to offer them “special service” of registering them over the phone. • Offer to help register and personalize pages • In-person contacts • Fundraising clinics • Offer one-on-one fundraising planning meetings to all sailors • Personalized one-on-one emails • Go beyond “Dear <first name>” • Share Mission Outcomes

Mount Gay Rum Party Pack • An incentive for Leukemia Cup Regattas that meet or exceed their budgeted net revenue (of Direct Donor Benefit fundraising goal) • Consists of Mount Gay Rum, cups, mixers and stipend for food • For Leukemia Cup Regatta participants 21 years and older who raise a minimum of $100 and a guest
