  3. Gradebook Overview • Allows instructors to record, calculate, and communicate grade information • Students may view grade information that has been released by the instructor

  4. Transition from UCB to IU • Originally developed by UC Berkeley • Indiana University retiring legacy system • Needed to achieve functional parity with legacy gradebook tool • IU has now taken over development

  7. 2.5 Enhancements • Null grades no longer count toward course grade • “Calculate Course Grades” feature allows instructor to replace all nulls with 0
