  2. Fire safety • 1: Never stand directly stand over a open flame. • 2:Always pull back loose, long hair.

  3. Chemical Safety • 1:Always wait for teachers instructions before starting a lab. • 2:Never have food or drinks close by the chemicals. • 3:Always waft chemicals instead of inhaling. • 4:Never taste chemicals(no matter how good it smells.)

  4. Equipment • 1: Wait for teachers instructions before handling equipment. • 2: Stay away from high voltage equipment without teacher’s permission and instruction • .

  5. Procedures • 1:Wait for teacher’s instructions before starting any lab. • 2:Don’t run or play in class while working on a lab.

  6. Behavior • 1:Do not talk and/or play while the teacher is giving instructions. • 2:Be very careful with the equipment and chemicals, do not point chemicals towards others because you do not know how deadly they can be.
