  4. Identify process improvements for more efficient delivery of local agency projects: • Reducing the time period between consultant selection and notice to proceed • Streamlining QA/QC project reviews • Developing a master SOW template for local agency projects. Goals

  5. Identify additional opportunities for face-to-face time between ODOT, local agency, and consultant staff: • Especially staff at the project delivery level • Develop stronger working relationships Goals
