  1. NetQ6 Kick-off meeting Zaragoza 19-20 December 2011

Decision taken WP1 • Steering committee designated, except UK(England) • Poland meeting will be held April 24 to 28 • Germany meeting will be held Dec 13 to 15 • In the following meetings, two people from each partner will attend and there will be split meetings, Technical and Content. • Ask the Commission for 4+1 days

  3. Decision taken WP2 • QA team members designated 23rd Dec • End of January-2012 • Proposal document layouts/templates • Procedures: document changes/distribution • Document repository, access and distribution • Terminology agreement. A proposal will be sent by the end of the year. • Terms commitee, seminar, conference, congress must be set • Partners will send external quality expert profile/skills and CV.

  4. Decision taken WP3 • As they are set in the document Work plan and work package • Two proposals for the logos/ brand label will be sent

Decision taken WP4 • WEB site design : • Portal: public • Database/Intranet: private for partners • End of the year, one contact person from every partner will be communicated to Poland. • January. Intranet will be ready • Poland will send technical requirements formats. • First international conference organization structure and indicators will be a little bit different from the rest of the conferences.

  6. Decision taken WP5 • In Poland the comparative analysis will be discussed • Germany will be sent the guides two weeks before the meeting • Documents will be sent to the repository

  8. Decision taken WP7 • As they are set in the document Work plan and work package • In Germany what the partner has to do will be discussed and the responsability of the external evaluator

  10. Budget decision taken • Germany and Aragonese Government representatives proposals will be studied. • ASAP, contracts will be signed. • Every six months, we will have a progress report. • Templates will be sent by MT.
