Vision To create and advance a cluster of Cell Therapy companies in Israel that will acquire a global leadership position in the field. • By Providing • Innovative generic enabling technologies for cell therapy and stem cell derived products • Newly developed human Embryonic Stem Cell lines ready for clinical applications.

  3. Isolation techniques of stem/progenitor cells from various sources (Bone marrow, cord blood, peripheral blood, fat tissue). The technological Goal Derivation, characterization and scale up of human embryonic stem cells and human adult mesenchymal stem cells under industrial standards of safety, stability and quality. • Expansion and scaling-up of different cell types by using special media and bioreactors. • Controlled and directed differentiation by using special media. • QA/QC techniques (characterization by unique markers/ validation/ standardization) • Product stability (Preservation and Transportation) • Safety evaluation of cell therapies (mutagenicity, distribution)

  6. חזון לאגד חברות ישראליות מתחום הריפוי התאי, לתמוך בהן ולקדמן לעמדת הובלה בחזית המחקר הבינלאומי בתחום זה. • המאגד יפתח את הטכנולוגיות והאמצעים הבאים: • טכנולוגיות חדשניות גנריות עבור תחום הריפוי התאי ועבור פיתוח מוצרים שמקורם בתאי גזע. • שורות חדשות של תאי גזע ממקור עוברי אשר יתאימו לטיפול קליני עתידי.

  7. שיטות לבידוד תאי גזע ממגוון של רקמות מקור בוגרות (מח עצם, דם חבל טבור, דם פריפרי, רקמת שומן). המטרות הטכנולוגיות בידוד והפקה, איפיון וריבוי של תאי גזע ממקור עוברי ותאי גזע מזנכימליים ממקור בוגר, שיעמדו בתקנים תעשייתיים מקובלים של בטיחות, יציבות ואיכות. • ריבוי וגימלון של סוגי תאים שונים ע"י שימוש בתווכי גידול ייחודיים ובביו-ראקטורים. • בקרה והכוונה של התמיינות התאים ע"י שימוש במרכיבי מדיום ייחודיים. • שיטות לבקרת ואבטחת איכות (איפיון ע"י סמנים ייחודיים/ תיקוף / תקנים) • שיטות לאבטחת יציבות המוצר בזמן שינוע ובזמן שימורו לאורך זמן • שיטות להערכת בטיחות של מוצרים תאיים (פיזור בגוף, הופעת מוטציות)
