PROCEDURES: SAMPLE 70 Adult learners participated in Adult Basic and Literacy Education program (ABLE) between 1968 and 2000.
PROCEDURE: INSTRUMENTS • A Review of Success Stories Booklets • Informal Interviews • The Impact Survey • The Quality of Life Inventory (QOLI)
PROCEDURE: DATA COLLECTION Four instruments as mention earlier: a review of success stories booklets, informal interviews, impact survey, and the quality of life inventory to gather information on their background information.
