Overarching Objective We will collaborate to advance ESAT’s mission of supporting college-readiness for all students. Today’s Objective Departments will continue departmental planning work and begin work on a preliminary Departmental long-range plan that will inform the ESAT Action Plan. • Goal: Each department will have a preliminary Dept. long range plan (through 2014 – 15) completed by Wednesday February 5 • Sets measurable, college-ready goals • Incorporates transition to Common Core • Incorporates Critical Learner Needs
Advisory Preparation Time • Meeting by grade-level advisory groups in regular rooms.
