“Muscle Madness” Activity • Students will split up into 6 groups. Each group will have 2-3 students. • Find a station around the room. There should only be one group per station. • You and your group will have 30 seconds to come up with an exercise/activity that uses the muscle pictured on the poster . • Rotate clockwise around the roomon instructors mark. • All groups will go to every station. At the end students will demonstrate one exercise off each poster.

“Muscle Dance” Activity • Students will break up into groups of 3, and will be • given a note card with 3 muscles on it • Students will have 5-10 minutes to come up with a dance that uses the 3 muscles on their card. • Dance should be 30seconds- 1 minute. Ways to Keep Your Muscles Healthy • Eat a Healthy Diet • Exercise Regularly • Keep Straight Posture • Rest Between Exercise
