    3. Academic engagement & achievement are maximized Respectful & responsible behaviors actively taught & encouraged Continuum of PBIS available to all students Displays of pro-social behavior are more likely Rates of rule violating behavior minimized What is a Positive School Climate?

    4. Instead of working harder, schools have to establish systems/processes and use data and practices that enable them to work smarter.
