Weyerhaeuser Training Goals • Develop individualized training plans that will provide each employee a minimum of 40 hours training/year • Implement a standard login procedure to all training material • Generate monthly training reports to track activity and performance • Provide an open line of communication to establish training needs and wants • Convert existing training manuals to computer based format
Current Projects • Continue in-house CBT development. • Marry scores and training time from the four database systems into one databank. • Install desktop security measures for the training PC’s. • Create a master image for the training PC’s and “Ghost” the remaining computers. • Follow up on the progress of updating the login procedure by Aztec software. (Basic Reading CBT) • Follow up with ITC on why the “Basic Windows CBTs” will not load properly into the existing database.
