  1. Objectives. Spelling • We will be able to use the shape of a word to help us with our spelling. • We will be able to practise new spellings using: look, say, cover, write, check.

  2. Word shapes • One strategy we can use to help us with the spelling of a word is to think… Does it look right? We can often see that we have made a mistake by looking at the shape of the word.

  6. Your Task • We will be able to practise new spellings using: look, say, cover, write, check. Success Criteria You MUST have completed 3 lines of l,s,c,w,ch. You SHUD have checked your spellins. You CUD have drawn the shape of your words.
